These are the ten questions support hears most. By the end of this page you will have a short answer to each. Every answer links to the full article.
Why did my scan find only one page?
The scanner found nothing else to visit. The usual causes are a missing sitemap, a robots.txt rule or a firewall. Pages that differ only by URL parameters can also merge into one. My scan found only one page walks through each cause.
Why is a link to LinkedIn or Facebook marked as blocked?
Those sites refuse automated checkers but serve people normally. A blocked link never counts as broken and never lowers your score. Open it in your browser to confirm it works. A link shows as blocked has the details.
Why do the WordPress plugin and the website show different broken counts?
The plugin counts only 404 and 410 answers as broken. The website counts every 4xx and 5xx answer, except 403 and 429. How links are classified explains both rules.
Why did my login code not arrive?
Check your spam folder and the address on the Check your email page. Then click Resend code for a fresh one. I did not get the login code lists every fix.
How many pages does one scan cover?
That depends on your plan. A scan without an account covers 250 pages, and Pro Agency covers 5,000. Plan limits lists every plan.
Why did my weekly scan not run?
The weekly scan needs a paid plan, and the domain must hold one of your Pro slots. The switch in Scan settings must be on too. The weekly scan did not run goes through every check.
Can visitors see my broken links on the public report page?
No. The public page shows summary numbers only. The broken URLs, anchor texts and pages stay in your project, for you alone. The public report page shows what visitors get.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Account, then Billing, and click Manage billing. Cancel in the billing portal that opens. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Change or cancel your plan has the steps.
Does deleting my account cancel my subscription?
No. Cancel the subscription first with Manage billing, then delete the account. Your account page shows both steps.
Is uptime monitoring included on Free?
Yes. Free includes 10 uptime monitors. The shortest check interval on Free is 5 minutes. Open Uptime monitor in a project's sidebar to add one. Plan limits compares the monitors on each plan.
