Daily ranking updates are an add-on, from $9.95 a month or $99 a year on Pro Personal. The price grows with the plan and the keyword count. AI Visibility credits are an add-on on every plan. 20 credits cost $9 a month on Free, or $5 a month on any paid plan. Billing questions
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades apply right away, and you pay the prorated difference at once. Downgrades also apply right away. You pay nothing then, and the difference is credited to your next invoice. Your projects stay, and quotas follow the new plan from the moment you switch. How plan changes work.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds cover defects. If a paid feature does not work as described and we cannot fix it within 14 days of your report, you get a full refund of that charge. There is no general money-back window, so test the tools on the Free plan first. Duplicate charges are always refunded. Read the refund policy.
Is yearly billing cheaper?
Yes, yearly billing saves about 30% compared to monthly. The prices shown reflect yearly billing: Pro Personal $49, Pro Business $99 and Pro Agency $299 per year. Monthly billing is available on every plan.
Does Free expire?
No. Free is a permanent plan, not a trial. It covers unlimited projects, 50 on-demand scans a month, 10 rank-tracked keywords and 1 SEO / AEO audit a month. It also includes 10 uptime monitors and 10 link suggestions a month, for as long as you want. See every Free limit.
How do AI Visibility credits work?
One credit checks one prompt on one AI assistant, rechecked every week. ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews cost 1 credit each. Claude and Gemini cost 4 credits each, because each answer costs us far more to run. Tracking one prompt on the three standard assistants costs 3 credits a month. Do all plans include the WordPress plugin?
