3 min read

The Account page holds your profile, your plan and your invoices. By the end of this page you will know what each tab does and how to close your account safely.

Click Account in the sidebar of your dashboard to open it. The page has three tabs: Profile, Notifications and Billing. Your plan name shows next to the tabs, with a Change plan button that jumps to Billing.

Profile

The Profile tab holds your details for every project on the account.

Photo

Click Upload photo and pick an image. It saves on its own, with no extra click. The hint reads "PNG or JPG, at least 256×256." Click Remove to go back to your initials.

Name and email

  1. Edit Name or Email.
  2. Click Save changes. A "✓ Saved" note confirms it.

A new email address needs a confirmation first. Log in and account security walks through that step.

Session

Click Log out in the Session panel to sign out on this device.

Connected apps

The Connected apps panel lists every Chrome extension that signed in to your account. Each row shows when it connected and when it was last used.

  1. Find the extension in the list.
  2. Click Revoke and confirm.

That extension is signed out at once. You can sign in again from the extension popup.

Connected WordPress sites do not show here. Find them on your Projects page and on the WordPress tab of each project.

Notifications

The Notifications tab is marked COMING SOON.

Alerts for broken links depend on each project's weekly scan. Weekly scans and email alerts explains when that mail goes out.

Billing

The Billing tab shows your plan and your payments. One subscription covers every project on the account.

  • On Free, the tab shows the plan cards. Click Choose Pro Business, or the button of the plan you want, to start checkout.
  • On a paid plan, the top card shows your plan, the price and the renewal date. It also shows your Pro site slots and the domains that hold them.
  • Manage billing opens the billing portal. Change your card or billing address there, or cancel.
  • Change plan cards below let you switch plans or add-ons.
  • Invoices lists your past payments with a PDF link for each.

Change or cancel your plan covers plan changes step by step.

Delete your account

Note: deleting your account does not stop your subscription. Cancel it first under Billing with Manage billing. Then delete the account.

  1. Cancel any paid plan first, as the note above explains.
  2. On the Profile tab, scroll to the Danger zone.
  3. Type DELETE MY ACCOUNT into the field. The button stays off until you type the phrase.
  4. Click Delete account.

You are logged out and land on the homepage. The deletion is permanent, and your projects and reports go with the account.
