Getting started

Create your first project

Add your domain as a project to keep every scan in one place. Run the first scan and learn what each tab of a project shows you.

A project is one domain in your dashboard, with its scan history, its broken links and its tools. By the end of this page you will have added a project and run its first scan.

You can add as many projects as you like. Projects are unlimited on every plan, Free included.

Add the project

  1. Log in. Your dashboard opens on the Projects page.
  2. Click Add project in the sidebar. The page jumps to the Add a project card.
  3. Type your domain, such as example.com. You can skip https:// and www.. The dashboard removes them for you.
  4. Click Add. In list view, the button reads Add project.

The project opens on its Public page tab. A message confirms that the project exists. The public page is optional, so you can leave this tab for later.

A domain belongs to one account. If someone else already added it, you see "That domain is already claimed by another account."

Run the first scan

  1. Click Overview in the sidebar.
  2. Click Run scan.
  3. The overview shows "Scan in progress" while the scan runs. Refresh the page after a few minutes.

When the scan finishes, the overview fills in. You see the health score, the broken links, the warnings and the links checked. From the second scan on, the Broken links over time chart shows the trend.

You can also start a scan from the Projects page. Click Run first scan on the project card.

Plan: a Free project scans up to 500 pages, with 50 scans a month across your account. Pro plans add scheduled weekly scans, a public report page and AI link fixes for their Pro sites. See Plans at a glance.

The tabs of a project

The sidebar lists every tab of the project:

  • Overview shows the latest health score, the links that need attention and a card for each tool.
  • Scan reports lists every finished scan, newest first, with a link to each full report.
  • Broken links lists the broken links from the latest scan. You can filter, copy, export them as CSV, or exclude a link from future scans.
  • Scan settings holds the weekly scan switch, URL parameter handling, excluded URL patterns and the delete button.
  • WordPress shows whether the WordPress plugin links this site to your account, and how to connect it.
  • Public page is where you verify the domain and build an optional public report page.
  • Settings & billing opens the billing tab of your account, with your plan and invoices.

The PRO TOOLS group holds the SEO tools. They are Fix with AI, Internal links, SEO / AEO audit, Rank tracker, AI Visibility, Uptime monitor and White label. Later sections of these docs cover each tool.

To switch projects, click All projects in the sidebar.
