Where your brand appears

Every place your white-label brand shows up, from shared rank reports and audits to public report pages and report emails, and where it does not.

Your brand shows up wherever a client sees a report from your account. By the end of this page you will know each place, and the few places it does not reach.

Plan: report white label comes with Pro Business and Pro Agency. Status page white label is a separate Pro Agency feature of the Uptime Monitor.

Every place below checks your current plan each time it is shown or sent. On a plan without white label, our branding shows instead.

Shared rank reports

  • Top bar: your logo and brand name, with a Contact us link to your support email.
  • Footer: your name, linked to your website, plus your short description and email.
  • Accent color: the page takes on your color.
  • Our line: "Powered by Broken Link Checker" shows only when Hide Broken Link Checker branding is off.

Shared SEO audits

  • Top bar: your logo, your name and a Contact us link, in your accent color.
  • Footer: your short description, then "Prepared by" with your name and "powered by Broken Link Checker". With hide-branding on, the "Prepared by" line goes away.

Audit PDFs

With hide-branding on, the PDF drops our footer and our link. The footer then names only the audited domain and the date.

The PDF does not carry your logo or brand name, so it reads as a neutral document.

Public report pages

The public report page of a project shows a "Monitored by" line with your brand name. The name links to your website, and your support email follows it. The line uses your accent color.

Public report pages always stay on brokenlinkchecker.io, even with a custom report domain.

Report emails

Two emails carry your brand: the ranking update email and the broken-link alert email.

  • Sender name: your brand name.
  • Reply-to: your support email, and nothing else. Client replies go straight to you.
  • Sender address: stays hello@brokenlinkchecker.io.

Your own domain

With a connected report domain, new links to shared rank reports and shared audits use it. Use your own report domain sets it up.

Where report white label does not reach

  • Uptime status pages: they have their own white label, on Pro Agency only. You set a logo and color on each status page. Custom domain and white label for a status page covers it.
  • Monthly uptime PDF: it uses the uptime white label too, so it also needs Pro Agency.
  • AI Visibility Tracker: it has no shared client report, so there is nothing to brand.
  • Your own dashboard: the app you log in to always shows our branding.
