Every month you get a PDF summary of your monitors by email. By the end of this page you will know what the report holds and how to switch it off. You will also know how to download one on demand.
When it arrives
The report arrives on the 1st of each month and covers the previous calendar month. You get it if your account has at least one monitor and the report is switched on. It is on by default.
The subject reads "Uptime report ·" plus the month, such as "Uptime report · August 2026". The PDF comes as an attachment.
What the report contains
- A summary at the top with overall uptime, the number of incidents and the number of monitors.
- Monitors, a table with each monitor's name, type, uptime, average response time, incidents and downtime. A badge shows "SLA met" when uptime reached 99.9 percent, "SLA missed" when it fell short, or "No data".
- Incidents, newest first, with the monitor, cause, start, end and duration. The table shows up to 50 incidents.
- Projects, with each domain and the broken links found by its latest scan. A project without a scan shows "Not scanned".
The report covers your whole account, not one project. The button sits on a project page, but the PDF includes every monitor you own.
Plan: on Pro Agency, the report is white label. It carries your account name and leaves out every mention of brokenlinkchecker.io.
Download the report now
- Open any project and click Uptime monitor in the sidebar.
- Click Monthly report in the page header. Or open the Reports tab and click Download this month.
The download covers the current month to date, not last month. It needs at least one monitor on your account.
Turn the monthly email off
- Open the Reports tab on any project's Uptime Monitor page.
- Untick Email me the monthly report. The setting saves right away.
The message "Monthly report emails turned off." confirms it. Tick the box again to turn the mail back on. This setting lives only here, not on the Notifications tab of your Account page.
One report per client
On Pro Agency, client groups split the report. You get one PDF per group, plus one for every project outside a group.
