The Projects hub

The Projects page is the first thing you see after you log in. By the end of this page you will know what each project card shows and how to move between projects.

Every domain you track is one project, with its own scans, tools and history. Projects are unlimited on every plan.

Read a project card#

Each card sums up one project:

• The logo or first letter, the project name and the domain.
• A PRO or FREE pill. PRO means you have a paid plan and this domain holds one of your Pro slots.
• A WP pill when a connected WordPress site matches the domain.
• The health ring, plus Broken, Links and Pages from the latest scan.
• "Last scan" with the time, or "Never scanned".
• A "not verified" hint when you have not yet proven you own the domain.

Click Open project to go to the project. Click Scan now to scan it again, or Run first scan when it has no scan yet.

Filter and switch the layout#

With more than one project, chips above the list filter it:

• All shows every project.
• Issues shows projects whose latest scan found broken links.
• Not scanned shows projects that have no scan yet.

The two buttons next to the chips switch between Card view and List view. With many projects, the list view is the default. Your choice sticks in this browser.

WordPress sites without a project#

A WordPress site you connected through the plugin can lack a project. It then shows as its own card with the note "Connected via the WordPress plugin". Click Set up project to turn it into a project with scan reports and history.

Add a project#

The Add a project card sits at the end of the list. Type the domain and click Add. In list view, the button reads Add project. Create your first project walks through it.

On the Free plan, new projects scan with free limits. On a paid plan with every Pro slot in use, new projects also run on free features.

The plan meter#

The bottom of the sidebar shows your plan.

• On a paid plan, it names the plan and shows a bar. The line below counts the Pro site slots you use and the ones left. Click Change plan to pick another plan.
• On the Free plan, it shows FREE PLAN and an Upgrade to Pro link.

The project switcher#

The box at the top of the sidebar is the project switcher. On the Projects page it reads All projects with your project count. Inside a project it shows the domain and your plan.

1. Click the switcher to open it.
2. Pick a project from the list.

With a longer list, the switcher adds a search box and a RECENT list. Type in Find a project or domain to narrow the list. Press Esc to clear the search.

The foot of the switcher has two links. New project jumps to the Add a project card. All projects takes you back to this page.
