Refresh schedule

The tracker checks your prompts on a fixed weekly schedule. By the end of this page you will know when new answers arrive and when you can refresh by hand.

The weekly check#

Every plan checks every tracked prompt once a week, on Mondays. The header reads "Checked every Monday" and shows the date of the next update.

New prompts do not wait for Monday. The tracker checks them on every assistant right after you add them. First answers arrive in a few minutes.

Each prompt gets one answer per assistant per check. The tracker does not ask the same question several times in a row.

Other readings and their timing#

• AI searches for each prompt refresh on Wednesdays. The note under the prompts table says so.
• Brand mentions update every seven days on paid plans. Free accounts get no brand reading.

Refresh now#

Refresh now checks every tracked prompt of the project again, on every assistant it tracks.

Plan: Refresh now comes with Pro Personal, Pro Business and Pro Agency. On Free the button stays off.

1. Open the AI Visibility page of your project.
2. Click Refresh now.

The message reads "Checking every tracked prompt now." New results arrive in a few minutes.

You get one refresh per project every seven days. After that, the button switches off. Hover over it or tap it to see the date of your next refresh.

Refresh now also stays off while the project has no prompts. It checks your prompts only. Brand mentions keep their own seven-day cycle.
