The five assistants

Every plan can pick all five. The table on the page shortens Google AI Overviews to "Google AIO".
Google AI Overviews also tells you where your site sits among the cited sources. The other assistants report cited or not cited.
Change the assistants
- Open the AI Visibility page of your project.
- Scroll to the Assistants card.
- Click Edit.
- Tick the assistants you want. The line below updates the credits per prompt as you tick.
- Click Save.
The message "Tracked surfaces updated." confirms the change. The choice applies to this project only. Keep at least one assistant ticked.
When the change does not fit your credits
Adding Claude or Gemini raises the cost of every prompt on the project. If your tracked prompts would then need more credits than you have, the change is refused. The message names the credits needed and the credits you have free.
To make room, remove a prompt, choose fewer assistants, or buy more credits. The Buy more link on the Assistants card takes you to the credit packs.
When you turn an assistant off
The tracker stops asking that assistant. Its chip in the Cited by column reads Not tracked. The Visibility score leaves it out.
Earlier answers from that assistant stay stored.
