Plan: Free and Pro Personal include no credits. Buy a credit pack before you add prompts. Pro Business includes 10 credits and Pro Agency includes 10.
How credits work
A credit is not used up by a check. Your credits set how many prompts you can track at the same time. Each tracked prompt holds its credits for as long as you track it.
A prompt costs the credits of every assistant the project tracks, added together:

A new project tracks ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews. A prompt there costs three credits. With all five assistants, one prompt costs eleven credits.
Your credits cover every project on your account. The Credits in use card shows your total use, your limit and the cost of one prompt on this project.
Add prompts
- Open the AI Visibility page of your project.
- Click Add prompts.
- Type your prompts in the box, one per line. A comma stays part of the prompt.
- Check the cost line under the box. It shows how many credits the prompts cost and how many you have left.
- Click Track prompts.
A message confirms how many prompts the tracker added. First answers arrive in a few minutes. The tracker also fetches how often people ask each prompt.
The tracker skips duplicates. A prompt the project already tracks is not added twice. Capital letters make no difference.
When the prompts do not fit
The tracker adds prompts until your credits run out and skips the rest. The message says how many did not fit your credit pool. Before you click, the cost line warns you how many would be tracked.
When not even one more prompt fits, the form says so. It names what each prompt costs on this project.
Remove a prompt
- Find the prompt in the Tracked prompts table.
- Click Remove and confirm.
Its credits are free again at once. The message reads "Prompt removed. The credit is free again."
When you use more credits than you have
A downgrade or a costly assistant can push your use above your limit. A notice then shows your use against your limit. You cannot add prompts until you are back under it.
To fix it, remove a prompt, turn off Claude or Gemini, or buy more credits. The notice links to Adjust assistants and Buy credits. Buy credits shows the packs.
